TOURNAMENT AFTERNOON, 29 MAY
Thanks to all who took part in our Sunday afternoon tournament at the end of the month – hugely enjoyable (as was the Pimms!) – and congrats to winners Adam Hofman and Becky Kaiser, with Becky impressively defending the trophy (just before she, Josh and Yana leave us to return to the States… sad-face emoji).   If you missed out on the tournament this time, there’ll be another event soon!

CLUB SESSIONS
Don’t forget that all members are always welcome to our friendly and inclusive Club Sessions on TUESDAY EVENINGS (5.30 till 7.30 – or longer, depending on your arrival time and how much you’re in the zone!), and SUNDAY AFTERNOONS (1.30 to 3.30).

And talking of Sunday afternoons…

TOURNAMENT AFTERNOON, 29 MAY
We’re holding another Sunday tournament this month, with the added attraction of post-match Pimms!  April’s tournament was very popular and we had to disappoint some members as we were oversubscribed (or they’d forgotten to enter, no names mentioned!).  The date of this month’s tournament will be the afternoon of SUNDAY 29 MAY If you’d like to take part, please let us know asap, as we need to know whether the numbers are likely to be closer to 16 or 32.  If the latter, we’re going to hold two events on the same afternoon, rather than just one.  As before, it will be a doubles tournament with partners changing every game, so you don’t need a partner to enter.  To enter, simply email woodstocktennisclub@gmail.com saying “Yes!  I/we want to play in the tournament on Sunday 29th!”
