June – July

TO BEGIN AT THE BEGINNING … COACHING FOR BEGINNERS
Our coaches are running a new beginners’ tennis class designed for those who are new to the sport or who have been away from the court for a number of years. Sessions will teach the basic techniques and cover all the shots in the game. Sessions are taking place on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 pm.  There are five sessions remaining and you can book either for all five or pay per session. To book your place click on:

AND IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF A BEGINNER…
… but want to mix with others and play some social tennis but are daunted by the Club Sessions listed further down this page (very friendly and inclusive though they are), please contact tishybruce@hotmail.com for details of a group that meets regularly to play the friendliest of friendly doubles.

COURT LIGHTING
Installation of our court lighting is booked for the end of July, ready for play when the days get short in September. Full details will be sent to all members shortly.

CLUB SESSIONS

So there will now be:
TUESDAYS 1.30-3.30 AND 5.30 ONWARDS: Social Sessions for everyone.
THURSDAYS FROM 5.30 ONWARDS: Team Practice Nights for all members keen to play team tennis.
And our thriving SUNDAY AFTERNOON Social Sessions run of course throughout the year, every Sunday, 1.30 – 3.30.
